We only process the data you actively submit through the contact form:

• Name
• Company
• Email address
• Phone number or WeChat ID (optional)
• Role
• Message content

In addition, we process minimal technical logs strictly necessary for the security and integrity of the service — in particular, rate-limiting by IP address to prevent abuse.

We use your data solely to respond to your business inquiry and to take steps at your request prior to entering into a possible contract.

Legal bases: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in operating a secure B2B website and handling inbound business requests).

Form submissions are stored in our database and forwarded by email to our team. We retain this data for up to 24 months after the last contact, after which it is deleted.

Your data is accessible to our hosting and email infrastructure providers, acting strictly as processors under a data processing agreement. Your data may also be accessed by our partner service organization, Re-Power BV, solely for the purpose of responding to your inquiry.

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.
