BessRe provides after-sales and O&M for battery energy storage systems in the Benelux — for manufacturers, owners and the EPCs who install them.
Field work is performed by certified contractors under contract to BessRe. We hold the client relationship, the manufacturer authorisations and the commercial interface.
We hold no equipment margin and no sales channel. That is what lets us sit on either side without a conflict.
Availability engagement
One agreement covers how a fault is detected, how a certified team gets to site, and how the asset is repaired — including whether the part is on the shelf.

We establish the technical root cause from the data and document it, so the finding stands up rather than repeating one party’s view of its own work.
