For Manufacturers

  1. Sign the framework agreement — One instrument covering scope, response targets, liability and documentation duties; Chinese-language commercial negotiation, European-law service terms.
  2. Complete technical onboarding — Platform documentation, fault histories, safety procedures and training materials transferred bilingually; Belgian field teams trained per platform before first site visit.
  3. Stock spare parts — High-failure components and, where applicable, battery modules stocked in Belgian warehousing under ADR-compliant conditions, per agreed list.
  4. Go live — Warranty and maintenance coverage active from the first commissioned unit; interventions documented back to your engineering team in Chinese.
  5. Review quarterly — Ticket statistics, failure patterns, parts consumption and SLA performance reviewed together; stocking and procedures adjusted.

For Owners, IPPs and Asset Managers

  1. Audit the asset — Site audit of the BESS installation: documentation status, maintenance history, alarm logs, certification scope and insurance-relevant gaps.
  2. Contract the maintenance plan — Preventive and corrective scope, response targets, reporting format and escalation — written per contracted SLA, lender- and insurer-ready.
  3. Take over operations — Certified Belgian field teams assume scheduled maintenance and incident response; every intervention closes with evidence-grade reports.
  4. Report on schedule — Periodic performance and maintenance reporting formatted for owners, lenders and insurers, including availability and incident statistics.
  5. Plan end-of-life early — Augmentation, repowering and compliant battery end-of-life logistics (EPR, ADR) planned before they become urgent.

For EPCs and Integrators

  1. Scope the interface — Agree which commissioning, warranty-period and post-warranty tasks BessRe takes over, and which stay with the EPC — with documentation duties on both sides.
  2. Onboard the platforms — Field teams trained on the specific hardware and software stack of the project before go-live.
  3. Commission together — Commissioning support, SAT documentation and grid-connection evidence produced jointly, per project specification.
  4. Hand over without gaps — Warranty-period coverage documented and activated at handover, so the end customer never sees a service vacuum after provisional acceptance.
  5. Stay reachable — Post-warranty maintenance contracts keep the asset covered — and keep the EPC’s reference intact — for the asset’s life.

BessRe holds no equipment margin and operates no sales channel — the service relationship is the product.
