Availability engagement: what we sign for, and what we do not.

One agreement covers how a fault is detected, how a certified team gets to site, and how the asset is repaired, including whether the part is on the shelf. What we cannot control, we do not promise.

The question inside the question

Three things are hidden in one service contract.

Buying one and assuming you have the others is how owners end up with a dashboard full of green lights and a battery they cannot make a warranty claim on.

Detection

A fault is noticed

Monitoring and diagnostics read the asset's condition, not just what a dashboard displays.

Depends on: data access
Arrival

A certified team is on site

Our own technicians from Antwerp and Novi Sad, and qualified partners trained to a defined standard.

Depends on: people and coverage
Repair

The asset is back in service

European spare parts and one point of accountability for the whole site, not one vendor's cabinet.

Depends on: the part being on the shelf

Response and repair terms per signed agreement

Where the line sits

We sign for the site. The chemistry stays with the manufacturer.

Cell chemistry and degradation are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. We write that boundary into the contract, so every failure has one owner.

Liability with a defined edge

Terms set per site, measured on data both sides can see.

Liability per site

Agreed per site, in line with the scope and the spare-parts commitment.

Data access first

Access to monitoring data is a precondition. Without it, availability cannot be measured or defended.

Availability per signed agreement

We commit only to what we can deliver, and report it every month.

How an engagement starts

Renewal is earned on the data, not promised in advance.

An engagement can start with a shorter initial term and extend once operating data is on record.

1

Initial term

Baseline the site, agree the measurement, start monthly reporting.

2

Record builds

Availability, events and response on record, month by month.

3

Extend

A longer term and wider scope, set on what the data shows.

One contract

What we bring together.

Bound to no manufacturer

When a failure has several possible owners, we say which one, in writing.

Multi-brand

Accountable for whole-site availability, whichever brands are installed.

China-connected

Manufacturer escalation, parts channels and a Chinese-speaking front office.

We also provide after-sales services to manufacturers under framework agreements. Where a finding concerns one of our clients, we tell you before work begins. The method and the data are the same either way.

How we charge

Three ways to engage.

Standby

Monthly retainer

For a committed response, per signed agreement.

Work

One hourly rate

For time on site. Travel at cost.
