Does your warranty, SLA or LTSA leave gaps before you sign?

BessRe reviews the warranty, SLA or LTSA you already hold, and reports what is missing, what is market standard and where your exposure sits. We sell no hardware: revenue comes only from service contracts, so we have no reason to favour any manufacturer’s account of a failure.

Who we are

BessRe is the party accountable for availability and response time of storage assets in Europe. We sell no hardware, integrate nothing, distribute nothing — our revenue comes only from service contracts, so we have no reason to favour any manufacturer’s account of a failure.

What you send us

Send one warranty, SLA or LTSA to info@bess.re. We will tell you where your exposure lies — and whether an availability engagement makes sense for that site.

What you get

A named report: what is missing, what is market standard, and where your exposure sits.

We judge availability and response time on our own data, commit only to what we can deliver, and stand behind the availability commitments in our long-term service agreements.

Why before you sign

Many manufacturers now have service teams in Europe — for their own product. When a site underperforms, the manufacturer points at the integration, the integrator at the EMS, the EMS provider at the battery, and the O&M contractor at all three. Each party covers a piece; rarely does anyone sign for the whole site.

What you are buying is not outsourced labour. It is a party that signs for the result.

Why an independent review

Your storage asset is Chinese-made. Its availability is our responsibility.

Bound to no manufacturer. When a failure has several possible owners, we say which one — in writing.

Manufacturer escalation, parts channels and a Chinese-speaking front office.

How we charge

Risk assessment — per review.

One-year availability engagements are our entry point.

Why review a warranty or LTSA before signing, rather than after a failure?

When a site underperforms, the manufacturer points at the integration, the integrator at the EMS, the EMS provider at the battery, and the O&M contractor at all three. Each party covers a piece; rarely does anyone sign for the whole site. What you are buying is not outsourced labour: it is a party that signs for the result.

How is the review priced, and what is the entry point to an engagement?

The risk assessment is charged per review. One-year availability engagements are our entry point.
